TIME’S UP! – LOCALLY GROWN COMEDY SHOW

The Funnier Side of Rural Living

In 2019, a small group of mildly funny people gathered to create an original comedy show based upon a recent article naming Narrowsburg, NY an “Up & Coming” destination. Recently, Honesdale received similar recognition. The BIG CITY folks are discovering our magical corner of the world.

Many of us come from somewhere else but have chosen to call this Upper Delaware region our home. And, for those born and bred here, there’s a certain charm that is quite different from life in New York or Philadelphia. Yet, at the core we are all pretty much the same, kinda.

That’s the secret ingredient that makes the last show and this new show, Time’s Up!, so very funny. The group includes many from the original as well as some new faces. This show, Time’s Up!, centers around a shared community space that hosts a funeral home, town hall meetings, a radio station and a farmers market that doesn’t sell any produce.

You won’t want to miss TIME’S UP! – a locally grown original comedy show created and performed by: Melissa Bell, Jess Beveridge, Thomas Cambridge, Matt Carpenter, Laurie A. Guzda, Lexee McEntee, Susan Mendoza, Christopher Parsons, and Hudson Williams-Eynon.

This production is directed by Laurie A. Guzda, produced by Susan Mendoza, and musical direction, including original songs, by Melissa Bell.

Performance dates are April 24, 25, 26, and May 2 and 3, 2025 at The Parlor, 90 Main Street in Narrowsburg, NY – downstairs, next to La Cigogne. Doors open 7:30pm for an 8pm show.
